My Favourite Smoothies

As a mother of four, it's always a hassle to get my kids to eat their vegetables, no matter what their age is, and when I'm constantly running around getting them to school and sports I tend to run out of time for myself. However, the beautiful gift of a blender can do wonders! These simple smoothies allow me to sneak in some extra nutrients for my kids and fill me up when I'm on the go. You'd be amazed at how much kale you can feed your toddler when their smoothie is purple. For each of these recipes, you'll need the ingredients provided and a blender to mix them. The steps are quick and simple as well, just place them all the fruits and veggies inside with the listed amount of water and blend till smooth. Each recipe is mainly plant-based but please feel free to switch up your smoothie with milk or even your favourite non-dairy milk product, I'm personally a fan of cashew milk. Each recipe can be changed to your desire and doubled if necessary. Please ensure that all of your produce has been washed before consumed!
